How to Redeem a Gift Certificate

To redeem a gift certificate you must have an Account with Blackhole Boards and be Logged In.
To create a new account simply follow instructions for New Customers on the redeem gift certificates page.
NOTE: Regarding Privacy. If you wish to create an account with us, but would prefer not to submit your credit information, create an account leaving the billing information blank to pay by Check or Money Order. Finish setting up your account and then follow the instructions below. Once finished, create an order following redemption of the gift certificate. The grand total of your order must be less than the amount of your credit or a credit card will be required to pay the difference.
After you have created your account, you will return to the redemption page. Follow these instructions:
- Login with an existing Account Or create a new Account with Blackhole Boards.
- Type your Gift Certificate ID in the Gift Certificate # field.
- Click on the Redeem Gift Certificate Button. This will immediately redeem the gift certificate and apply a credit to your account.
- You may then shop as normal and the Gift Certificate will be applied to your Orders as they ship until it is exhausted.
