How to Redeem an Account Credit:
Simply put, our system will apply your Account Credit to your Open Orders until your credit has been spent. But, by selecting Credit Card or Check/Money Order as your Payment Method, your Account Credit will be applied differently to your Orders.
Credit Card Method:
When you use the Credit Card Method for your Order, your Account Credit will be applied to your next Order that ships and will continue to be applied to your Orders as they
ship, until the entire Account Credit has been spent.
- Since the credit is applied to the next Order that ships and not necessarily to your current Order, your Account Credit will not be visible on your Order until the Order has actually processed and shipped.
- If your Account Credit is more than your Order total, the remaining credit will be applied to your orders, in the order they ship, until your entire credit has been spent.
- If your Account Credit is less than your Order total, your Credit Card will be billed for the difference. If your Credit Card cannot be billed for any reason, your Order will not ship.

Check or Money Order Method:
When you select Check or Money Order as the Payment Method for your Order, your Account Credit will be applied to your current Order.
- When selecting Check or Money Order, you must be sure that the Order total is not greater than the total amount of your Account Credit, since the credit will be applied when your Order is
completed. If your Order total is greater than your Account Credit, you can contact our Customer Service Department for assistance in placing the Order.
- If you normally pay with a Credit Card, but wish to select Check/Money Order to apply your Account Credit to your current Order, you must:
- On the Checkout page, click on the 'change/edit' link (next to Payment Method).
- Then, below the Check/Money Order option, click 'Use as Payment.'
- Click Here to view your Account Credit balance.
