Since the Order has not been processed by our system, you can delete items from that Order by following the below instructions:
- Click the 'Your Account' tab located in the upper right hand corner of all our pages.
- Select the Order History tab in the right nav bar.
- A list will appear directly below Order history in the nav bar.
- Select either your "Open" and "On Hold" Orders tab.
- Click 'View' next to the Order you wish to remove items from.
- Below each item in that Order you will see the 'Remove from Order' link.
- Click 'Remove from Order' below the item you wish to remove.
- Your Order will be automatically refreshed after the item has been removed.
