- All (In-Stock at Blackhole Boards) orders received before 4:00pm EST are processed the same day Monday - Friday, except holidays.
- UPS deliveries are not available to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
- UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.
- Blackhole Boards does not pay for international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.
- Blackhole Boards is not responsible for packages held by Customs.
- The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
- We reserve the right not to ship certain brands internationally due to third party company policies.

We charge base a fee, plus a fee for every $100 increment based on the value of the order.
Examples:
Customer places a $300 order shipping to Australia. Shipping will be calculated:
$45.00 (base fee) + $105 (3 charges of $35 based on value of order) = $150 shipping charge
Customer places a $75 order shipping to Australia. Shipping will be calculated:
$45.00 (base fee) + $00 (no additional fee because order value is not over $100) = $45 shipping charge

- UPS Ground - Delivery in 1-5 days to every address in the Continental United States, Full Visibility tracking enables you to know where your package is. 3 Delivery attempts at NO additional charge. Packages insured, delivery confirmation within 30 minutes of delivery.
- UPS 2nd Day - Package Insured / Delivery Confirmation. Delivery in 2 business days after order is shipped (Mon - Fri).
- UPS Overnight - Package Insured / Delivery Confirmation. Delivery next business day after order is shipped (Mon - Fri).
- UPS Worldwide Expedited - Package Insured / Delivery Confirmation. Delivery in
2-5 days.
Definition of Shipping Terms
- Package Insured - If the package is lost, damaged, or vandalized in shipment the customer will not be held liable. The effected merchandise will be re-shipped free of charge or the customer will be credited for the value of the damaged or lost goods.
- Tracking Number - Tracking Numbers are available for these orders. UPS will scan every location your package passes through and will give you detailed information about your package.
- Business Day - UPS has a 5 day work week, Monday - Friday, packages will only be delivered on these days.
