All custom built skateboard and griptaped deck sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason.
All other products Blackhole Boards will accept returns within 30 days from the invoice date for an exchange, credit, or account credit.
You must meet the following requirements for you return to be accepted:
1. All items must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed and in original packaging
3. Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging, free of any damage to packaging. Shoeboxes must be packaged in a separate box for us to accept them as a return. Do not just tape the shoebox and send them back to us, we will not accept them.
4 Skateboard decks are not completely guaranteed they do break. We will accept decks as a return if they have manufactures defects like delamination, miss drilled holes, and cracks that are in the deck prior to use.
5 Blackhole Boards suggests that you return your products via UPS or other insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any items that get lost on their way back to us.
6. Please fill out your return form, located on the back of your invoice, and include it with your return.
