    Q: Why must I have my Credit Card information verified?
    A: Due to the high rate of international fraud, Blackhole Boards has implemented a strict International customer verification process for your security. This is to help us ensure that no one has stolen your card or card information and is purchasing products without your knowledge.

    We will need Photocopies, Scans or Digital Photos (JPEG or GIF Files only) of the following to verify your Credit Card information.
    • The front and back of your Credit Card. You should conceal the CVV2 Code and 7 or 8 digits of your Credit Card number on both the front and back (if listed) for security. But you must leave at least 8 digits visible for our verification process.

    • Your Credit Card billing statement with your Billing Address and your Bank or Credit Card company’s letterhead CLEARLY visible.

    • Note: We will not accept a copy of an Online Billing Statement. If a billing statement is not available, you may send an image of your driver’s license, passport or even a Utility bill, but only if it CLEARLY shows your name and billing address.
    Q: How do I submit my Credit Card information?
    A: You can send us the images of your Credit Card information either by fax (photocopies) or email (scans and digital photos). Although if you send scans or digital photos, they must be a JPEG or GIF file and at a resolution of at least 100 dpi. Click here for more information.
    Q: How do I fax my Photocopies to you?
    A: Simply fax your photocopies to 001 724 776 3010. Please write your Order Number on each of the pages.
    Q: How do I email my Scans or Digital Photos?
    A: First of all, you MUST send us your images in either a JPEG or GIF format at a resolution of at least 100 dpi. Any other formats will not be accepted and will delay your Account approval and your order. Simply email our Verification Department your images, along with your Order Number, at verification@blackholeboards.com.
    Q: What is a CVV2 Security Code?
    A: The CVV2/CVC2 Security Code is used to verify you are in possession of the Credit Card being used for payment. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express will have a 3 or 4 digit CVV2/CVC2 number printed (not embossed) somewhere on the front or the back of the card.     Q: How long will it take to verify my information?
    A: If you submit your information after placing an order, there may be a wait period while those items that are “Out of Stock” become available. We will review your Credit Card information when your order is ready to ship.

    Q: So my Account is verified, now what?
    A: Not only was our Credit Card verification good toward your first purchase, but it was also used to verify you as a customer of the and your Free Account offers you much more.
    Q: Will you need to verify my info each time I place an order?
    A: We verified your Credit Card information not only for this purchase, but also for your Account. In the future, any orders you place with that card will not need to be verified and will process normally. But, if you choose to use a different Credit Card on our site, that card will also need to be verified before it can be used to make a purchase on our site.
    Q: Why was my Credit Card information declined?
    A: There are many reasons that Credit Card information may be declined and each case is different. If your Credit Card information was declined, contact our Verification Department to pursue the matter further.

    Q: Can I submit my eCard, Virtual Card, or Webcard for Account Verification?
    A: No, we do not accept eCards, Virtual Cards, or Webcards.
    Q: Which shipping methods are available?
    A: We have two shipping methods available to International Customers. Click Here for more information about shipping rates to your country.

    Q: Will you share my Credit Card information with anyone?
    A: No, we do not share ANY of our customer information with 3rd parties. Click here for more information about our Privacy Policy.
    Q: Can I submit a printout of an online Billing Statement?
    A: No, we do not except printouts or reproductions of online Billing Statements.
    Q: What do you do with my info after my account was verified?
    A: We keep your information on file for a period of no longer than 60 days. Given the nature of shipping Internationally, we must keep a record for 60 days to allow time for any issues that may arise. But after 60 days, your information will be destroyed.
