Verification Process

Due to the high rate of international fraud,
Blackhole Boards
has implemented a strict International customer verification process for your protection. We also may ask Domestic customers to submit their information in certain circumstances.
Simply follow the instructions below to submit your Credit Card information to our Verification Department.
- Obtain a Photocopy, Scan or Digital Photo (JPEG or GIF files only) of:
- The front and back of your Credit Card. You should conceal the
CVV2 code and 7 or 8 digits of your Credit Card number on both the front and back (if listed) for security. But you must leave at least 8 digits visible for our verification process.
- Your Credit Card billing statement with your Billing Address and your Bank or Credit Card company’s letterhead CLEARLY visible.
- Note: We will not accept a copy of an Online Billing Statement. If a billing statement is not available, you may send an image of your driver’s license, passport or even a Utility bill, but only if it CLEARLY shows your name and billing address.
- Please add your Order Number to your photocopies or email and submit your Credit Card information to our Verification Department at:

Notifications

Once your Credit Card information has been reviewed, we will notify you via email that your Account was 'Approved' or 'Declined.' Remember, you will only need to submit your information once for each of your Credit Cards and any future orders you place with a Credit Card we have verified will process as normal.
- If your Credit Card was approved, you will receive a notification email confirming your Account was Approved. You will then receive an email with the details of your order and the date of its shipment.
- If your Credit Card was declined, you will receive notification that your information was declined. You may contact us at

International Customers: Terms of Agreement

Since International shipments are influenced by many factors beyond our control, upon placing an Order, International Customers agree to the following Terms of Agreement and Policies:
- Blackhole Boards
abides by all Customs Rules and Regulations.
- Blackhole Boards
is not liable for any lost packages Shipping Internationally.
- Blackhole Boards
does not Devalue the Cost of Goods.
- Blackhole Boards
does not pay for International Duty Taxes and any incurred Duty Taxes will be charged back to the customer.
- Blackhole Boards
will charge Customers for any fees incurred by refused shipments.
- Blackhole Boards
is not liable for shipments sent overseas via a third party located in the United States.
- Blackhole Boards
reserves the right, with or without prior notice to you, to change these Terms of Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and your continued use of our website(s) constitutes your agreement to all such Terms of Agreement.
- Blackhole Boards
reserves the right not to ship certain products overseas due to strict vendor guidelines
